We approached Infinity Designed after speaking to a number of his clients, to design and work collectively with my builder to develop a triplex site. We had a good idea of the floor plan, but needed a professional to maximize the potential of the block and liaise directly with the local council to overcome any planning and building issues.
While we had a well thought out concept for our floor plan, Infinity Designed was able to guide us on where we could extract greater potential in the design and layout, as well as maximizing the block potential. The design process helped flesh out what worked in terms of the layout and enabled us to make changes to the design in an quick and efficient manner. The Infinity Designed vision has created something unique and a building that stands out, yet remains sympathetic to the rest of the street.
The advice and guidance on the way through the design process with respect to local council issues, especially around the early engagement of consultants for key areas such as local council was invaluable and saved us $000's from our build costs and ensured a smooth run through the planning and building approval process. We do not think our turnaround time would have been as speedy if was not for the detailed work Infinity Designed put in to our submission pack.
